The following road construction project is scheduled to begin: from 3:00 AM CDT Wednesday, October 28, 2026 ROAD CLOSED and miscellaneous construction until 4:30 AM CDT Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Travel on US14 in Pierre will be disrupted between 3:00 am and 4:30 am on Wednesday, October 28 for removal of a large sign bridge. The highway will be completely closed part of the time. Truck traffic should detour using SD1804, SD204, and SD1806 around Oahe Dam.
