Neither host publishes a robots.txt or terms-of-use page, so no access directive exists either way; 605Buzz reproduces the department’s own fields with attribution and does not claim a license nobody granted.
SDDOT publishes each start and end as a moment in time, so 605Buzz can show it as a clock reading without inventing anything. South Dakota keeps two clocks, and the feed does not say which side of the Missouri River a route is on — so every time above is shown in both, Mountain first and Central second. They are the same moment.
